Terms and Conditions for Applecross Festival
- Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your participation in and attendance at Applecross Festival, an electronic music festival (hereinafter referred to as “the Festival”), organized by Applecross Festival LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Ticket transfers must be conducted through the Secret Party ticketing website.
The Organizer must be notified of any transfer in advance.
The transferee must comply with all terms and conditions of the ticket.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any transferred ticket if the transferee fails to meet the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid and will not be honored.
- Camping
Camping is available to ticket holders aged 21 and above only.
Camping facilities are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. Attendees are responsible for disposing of their waste in designated areas.
Open fires, fireworks, and flammable materials are strictly prohibited within the camping area.
The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and security while camping. The Organizer recommends securing valuables and locking tents when unattended.
Quiet hours must be observed in the camping area between specified hours.
- Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and comply with instructions from Festival staff and security personnel.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the Festival.
The possession and/or use of weapons or any item deemed dangerous by Festival staff are strictly prohibited.
Attendees must respect the environment and refrain from littering or damaging Festival property.
- Health and Safety
Attendees participate in the Festival at their own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from attendance at the Festival.
Medical assistance is available onsite. Attendees requiring medical attention should notify Festival staff immediately.
Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions or allergies are advised to take appropriate precautions and carry necessary medication.
The consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in ejection from the Festival.
- Pets and Service Animal Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all festival attendees, pets are not permitted on the festival grounds. However, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals that are specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome. Guests with service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and must keep them on a leash or harness, unless such a restraint interferes with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability. Please note that emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are therefore not permitted within the festival premises.

By attending the Festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to use such materials without further notice or compensation.
Attendees may not record or broadcast performances without prior permission from the Organizer and the artists involved.
- Amendments, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Festival, including changes to the lineup, schedule, or location, without liability.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or government regulations (hereinafter referred to as “force majeure”), tickets may be transferred to the following year’s Festival at the Organizer’s discretion.
If the Festival is canceled due to a fire, tickets will be automatically transferred to the following year’s Festival.
Ticket holders will be notified of any amendments or cancellations via email or other communication channels provided at the time of ticket purchase.
The Organizer is not liable for any consequential losses incurred as a result of Festival cancellation, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Festival shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
- Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
